Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
License/Certification: Insurance Producer License (preferred)

Summary: To provide exemplary customer service to our customers, while following the policies and procedures set forth in the agency guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist customer in customizing insurance programs to suit individual customers. Assisting customer with policy changes.
Assist in cross-selling various types of insurance policies.
Maintain contact with underwriters and submit forms to obtain binders, endorsements, policies, etc.
Maintain records and handling policy renewals.
Consult with clients to obtain and provide information with respects to claims.
Collaborate with agents to develop appropriate market strategies regarding upcoming renewals. Take payments for customers and upload to the insurance carriers.
Manage our accounts, fostering solid relationships with existing clients and focusing on retention and growth.
Ensure completion of all applications and forms. Provide appropriate follow-up to ensure timely receipt of quotes, changes, etc. Order and issue binders, certificates, and other related items.
Work Environment: This position operates in a casual but professional office environment. We offer competitive salaries, employer-assisted medical insurance & dental. Our typical day is 8 hours and 40 hours per week. We have a generous vacation package that also includes many extra scheduled days throughout the year.
This is an in-office position.
