Struggling to find employees with the right skills?

Moore Norman Technology Center's Employment Services Office can help your organization reach the job candidates you want, generate awareness of available jobs at your site, and can effectively help you meet potential candidates early in their career decision process.  Through our Career Connection program, we are able to connect you with job-seeking students and graduates in the following ways:

Build Your Brand On Campus

We can showcase your company on our campus and put you in front of our students and graduates through a variety of high-visibility opportunities:

  • Be a Featured Business
  • Participate in Mock Interviews
  • Recruit at Job Fairs
  • Offer Work-Based Learning Opportunities
  • Join a Program Advisory Committee

Post Employment Opportunities

Welcome to Employment Services at Moore Norman Technology Center!  We look forward to building a partnership with you and appreciate that you are looking at MNTC students/alumni to fill upcoming employment positions and work-based learning opportunities.  We will work closely with you and assist in finding the best candidates to fit your needs.

Attend Upcoming Job Fairs

We would like to invite you to participate in our upcoming Career and College Fair located at our Franklin Road campus in the Main Building.

You will have the opportunity to meet with our skillful and highly motivated, soon to be graduates who possess a wealth of different skills and backgrounds.

Only a limited number of vendors will be invited so as to allow more time with each candidate.  Register below to reserve a FREE table.  Space is limited.

Offer Work-Based Learning Opportunities

Work-based learning provides students with opportunities to study complex subject matter as well as vital workplace skills in a hands-on, "real life" environment. Students have opportunities to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired in the classroom to tasks performed in the workplace or community. As students see the connections between their school work and what is required by industry, they gain an understanding of the importance of their learning.

Participate on an Employer Panel

Employer panels are a perfect place to connect with our students and share information about your company, employment opportunities, and employer expectations.  Participating on a panel is also a great way to increase your talent pipeline by informing students about the many opportunities available to them.  We offer 3 program specific panels each year:

  • Health Careers Employer Panel
  • Business and Information Technology Employer Panel
  • Manufacturing and Technical Trades Employer Panel.
