Systems Technician — Part-Time

TrustDigital is seeking a motivated Systems Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will work alongside experienced technicians to support our clients' day-to-day IT needs, gaining hands-on exposure to a professional managed services environment.

Responsibilities will include responding to helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting end-user issues, and supporting the deployment and maintenance of client systems. You will interact directly with clients, developing both your technical skills and your ability to communicate solutions clearly and professionally.

Ideal candidates are:

Currently enrolled in an Information Technology, Computer Science, or related program

Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications and administration basics

Possess a foundational understanding of networking concepts

Eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working in a client-facing environment

Job Requirements: 
Requirements: Currently enrolled in an Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree program Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and environments Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Preferred but Not Required: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification (or currently pursuing) Prior helpdesk or IT support experience Exposure to ticketing systems or remote support tools
