Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician
to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, executing precise repairs, and performing preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting:
Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify the root cause of equipment failures.
Repairs:
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery or products, replacing worn or broken components as needed.
Maintenance:
Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
Customer Service:
Communicate clearly with clients to explain the repairs required, provide accurate quotes, and offer basic operating instructions.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and industry regulations to prevent workplace hazards.
Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate’s degree in a related technical, mechanical, or electrical field is highly preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in equipment repair, maintenance, or field service.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic instruments.
Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinking, time management, and communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in various environments
Licensing: Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
