JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE:   Service Technician

DATE:  August 7, 2017      

REPORTS TO:  Sam Pena                                    FLSA STATUS:  Non-Exempt

JOB SUMMARY:  This position is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of beverage dispensing equipment at customer locations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Troubleshoot and repair beverage equipment in a timely manner.
Install beverage dispensing equipment
Maintenance and repair of equipment
Care and maintenance of service vehicle
Complete work order tickets and time sheets accurately.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform other duties and projects as required by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

High school or equivalent experience
Valid drivers license

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This work is physical and requires the following physical activities:

Standing for long periods of time; frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; working with hands/arms above head; talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
Frequent lifting (up to 75 pounds).
Climbing ladder
Driving to client locations and other sites as needed.
