Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service Technician

Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $1,000–$2,500/week (Based on services completed after training)
Training Pay: Based on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as PM Service Technicians. This physically demanding role requires travel nationwide and involves completing scheduled maintenance on utility trucks and equipment including:

• Fluid & filter changes
• Greasing components
• Minor mechanical adjustments
• Basic inspections for wear or damage

Work Environment & Schedule:

• 7 days/week availability, with services commonly scheduled after customer business hours
• Work is performed outdoors, in all weather conditions
• Primarily evening and nighttime shifts
• Rotating schedule: 4 weeks on the road followed by 7 days off

Training & Equipment Provided:

• In-field training with experienced team members
• Company vehicle provided after successful training
• All tools, equipment, and supplies provided

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment
• Willingness to travel extensively and work nights
• Ability to lift, bend, crawl, and work in physically demanding environments
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
