Manufacturing Technician

The successful candidate must have:

High school diploma or equivalent
Although we hire for specific shifts, must be able to work any shift
Strong attention to safety
Must be able to lift, push, pull and rotate a variety of containers weighing up to 50 lbs.

Production experience is preferred.

The individual will work in a challenging, non-assembly manufacturing environment. Duties and responsibilities include:

Perform daily activities related to the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized environment.
Use master production records, specifications, and standard operating procedures to manufacture pharmaceutical products in accordance with cGMPs as defined in CFR, title 21.
Perform basic maintenance and problem-solving on equipment within responsibility.
Begin understanding how to work with support personnel and departments in the completion of assigned tasks.
Follow safety rules and guidelines in accordance with Avara SOPs and common sense.
