STEM and Sports Events Staff

Program support for "Devon SportsLab" and "Family STEAM Night" programs at Engage Learning. Duties include:

• ​Assist with event setup and tear down, including tents, tables, signage, and equipment.
• Greet and direct attendees, providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor event areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Support activity stations while properly handling equipment and tech.
• Help with crowd control and ensure attendees stay within designated areas.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the event.
• Perform other duties as assigned by event leads or coordinators.
• Strong communication skills - able to lead small and large student groups through STEM
• and sports activity stations.
• Preferred general knowledge of sports fundamentals and basic STEM concepts.
• Flexible, as-needed scheduling including evenings and weekends.
