Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in keeping our communities safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for responding to service requests, troubleshooting and repairing a variety of maintenance issues, completing make-readies to prepare units for new move-ins, completing preventative maintenance, and helping maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property.
From plumbing and electrical repairs to HVAC, appliances, and general upkeep, every day can bring something different. Maintenance Technicians work closely with property management and residents to provide timely, professional service while ensuring homes and common areas are operating at their best.

Other Skills/Certifications Wanted:
HVAC license highly desired but not required
Job Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Six (6) months related experience, including light electrical and plumbing
Must be able to read, speak and understand English for business purposes
Must be able to read and write instructions, short correspondence, memos, service requests, and to converse with residents, co-workers, and vendors in a professional manner.
Available for on-call
Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screen
