Job Summary
We are hiring for the role of Maintenance Technician.

What You Will Do
- Perform routine maintenance: Perform repairs such as replacing fixtures, tightening hardware, patching drywall, caulking, and servicing common home systems.
- Diagnose and repair issues: Diagnose common home issues. Use sound judgment and technical skill to recommend and carry out repairs.
- Conduct property inspections: Identify and address potential problems before they become larger issues.
- Use tools safely and effectively: Operate with safety and proper handling and care of tools.
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and respect at every job site.
- Collaborate with team members Support crew members by sharing knowledge and pitching in when needed to complete jobs efficiently and maintain high standards.
- Document your work: Take before-and-after photos, write clear notes on work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered using company tools or apps.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
