Job Description:
Qualifications:
-Must have a minimum of 6 months of verifiable employment.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of acute care, memory care, and senior care.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to caregiving.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, with the use of equipment ensuring patient safety.

-Document vitals and report to the appropriate staff.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
