Job Description: 

Provides skilled home nursing per physicians orders

Performs treatments and administers medications as prescribed by the physician in accordance with the Oklahoma State Nurse Practice Act.

Monitors Clients treatments, condition, and response and reports to appropriate authority.

Maintains a clean and safe environment.

Adheres to universal precautions and infection control protocols.

Maintains a clean and safe enviornment.

Adheres to universal precautions and infection control protocols.

Maintains a clean and safe environment, complete and accurate clinical documentation on all clients. 

Submits weekly Visit Record Invoices on Monday for payment. 

Coordinates with other service to provide continuity of care. 

Maintains compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Institutes emergency procedures to offset life threatening situations when ordered or appropriate.

Reports significant changes in the client's condition to appropriate parties. 

Other Skills/Certifications Wanted: 
Write and Speak English clearly. Be in good physical health with no limitations or restrictions Able to stand for 6-8 hours daily Able to bend and preform repetitive motion service without limitations Able to maintain patience and self-restraint during stressful situations.
Job Requirements: 
Be a graduate of a state approved school of nursing. Have a current license in the state of Oklahoma to practice as an LPN. Be in good physical and emotional health. Be able to lift up to (50) lbs. , be able to stoop , bend and walk without aid, and have normal hearing, vision and speech capabilites.
