As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the Absentee Shawnee Tribal Health System, you will play a vital role in delivering quality healthcare services while supporting patients across our Little Axe and Shawnee clinic locations.

As a valued member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide essential nursing care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses, helping to ensure patients receive exceptional care throughout their healthcare journey. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patient health, assisting with clinical procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records that support high-quality patient outcomes.

Job Requirements: 
Two years of practical nursing experience or equivalent background training including patient assessments, counseling, treating minor chronic diseases and acute emergencies preferred. Graduation from high school and an accredited school of Practical Nursing conferring eligibility as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Maintain current and valid, Oklahoma license as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Knowledge of fundamental nursing care principles, practices and procedures. Must have a basic knowledge of adverse symptoms and possess the ability to react in emergencies.
