NorthCare is looking for qualified applicants like you to join our Urgent Recovery Center (URC) team located in Edmond.

URC is a place of stabilization providing an emergency assessment and intensive support for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance abuse crisis.  The URC setting allows individuals 18 and over to de-escalate from a crisis state in a safe therapeutic environment. This position is not eligible to work remotely.

Position at a glance:

Sign on Bonus $2500

Starting wage range $27 an hour with night shift differential

 (12 hour) Shifts available 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am; 3.5 days on/ 3.5 days off.

Job Requirements:
