Lead Performance & Diagnostic Motorcycle Technician (Sport Bike Specialist)

Precision Moto Performance is a brand-new, independent, high-end specialty shop launching in Oklahoma City. We are built specifically for metric sport bike, track-day, and racing enthusiasts. We bridge the gap between basic dealership maintenance and elite, track-level engineering. Our focus is strictly on advanced fuel injection (EFI) diagnostics, custom ECU flashing, precision engine rebuilding, and complete track-day/race preparation.

We operate a pristine, well-lit, climate-controlled facility featuring sealed epoxy floors, brand-new premium equipment, digital workflows via Shopmonkey, and state-of-the-art diagnostics running TEXA software.

What You Will Do

Perform high-level advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and electrical repair on modern metric sport bikes using specialized software (TEXA).

Execute precision mechanical work, including high-RPM valve shimming, suspension tuning, track setups, and complete engine overhauls.

Coordinate performance upgrades, aftermarket components installation, and baseline tuning.

Maintain a highly organized, immaculate bay and document digital inspection reports through Shopmonkey.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Recent graduates or alumni from dedicated motorcycle technical programs (MMI, OTC, or equivalent advanced automotive/mechanical programs). Complete manufacturer-specific metric credentials (Yamaha YTA, Kawasaki K-Tech, Suzuki FAST) are a massive plus.

Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail, extreme organizational habits, and a true pride in the craft of mechanical engineering.

Requirements: Foundational knowledge of digital diagnostic tools, electronic fuel systems, and basic engine geometry. Must possess a valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement.

Compensation: $18.00 - $35.00/hr starting base guarantee (DOE) + uncapped performance labor incentives. We value precision and compensate for real talent
