HVAC Journeyman

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems in compliance with current codes and regulations.
• Take instruction and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs when required.
• Provide service-related information to managers, including estimates, customer feedback, and problem reports.
• Complete accurate paperwork and use mobile apps for invoicing, payments, calendar scheduling, and time tracking.
• Must have your own tools, and ensure they are insured.
• Reliable transportation to meet at a designated site to begin your workday. Company vans are provided for work transportation during shifts, and a company van may be assigned to Journeyman employees.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Pay ranges from $30 to $35 per hour depending on licensing and experience, plus benefits.
Other Skills/Certifications Wanted:
Journey man HVAC/R license or qualified to take Journeyman test. Having commercial refrigeration or plumbing experience a plus.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work as a plumbing apprentice
