Job Description: 

Position requires ability to work with tools to fabricate chemical delivery equipment.  On the job training provided for the right person.  Are you willing to learn, do you pay attention to detail, and are you dependable?  Do you like to work with others and do you take pride in your work? Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate, cut, sand, drill, assemble, and package PVC delivery systems using hand/power tools
  • Read and interpret work orders and related documentation to determine methods, sequence of operations, and finish specifications
  • Ensure equipment meets standards or specifications for shipping
  • Work with chemicals to perform basic titrations of finished solutions
  • Keep accurate work records
  • Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure safe operating condition
  • Comply with safety standards through proper handling of tools, equipment, and chemicals
  • Prepare parts orders and maintain/update parts inventory
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective or returned equipment, and rebuild pumps
  • Support distributors and end users on use and maintenance of standard equipment
  • Perform special projects as required
Job Requirements: 
High School diploma or GED Fabrication, machining, or plumbing experience a plus Must be able to wear personal protective safety equipment and perform job tasks that require the use of such equipment Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to work in both equipment production and chemical production environments Some travel to customer sites may be required Strong problem-solving abilities Good verbal and written communication skills Team player with a positive attitude
